Networking Through Nature is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit public information pages on this site without giving any personal information about yourself unless you choose to.  But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, such as email requests and event bookings and this privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations.

You can visit our site and use many of the services without telling us who you are or giving us any personally identifiable information.  It is only when you complete a form that requests e–mail contact or book an event with Networking Through Nature that you can be identified.  We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are registering for an event or if you are signing up to receive specific information that you have requested.  Networking Through Nature also automatically receives and records information on server logs from your browser including your IP Address and the page you requested.

Networking Through Nature will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone, or use the data for any other purpose than that for which it was originally collected.

Use of your personal information

Networking Through Nature uses your personal information for:

  • fulfilling your request for information

  • as input to improving the site

  • to inform you about improvements to the site
